Alex Brown

As founder and CEO of cloud services firm 10th Magnitude, Alex is recognized as a thought leader in tech-driven business innovation and industry economics. During three decades in the tech industry, Alex has championed the positive economic and business impacts of technology adoption and implementation with customers and peers.

Alex is a prominent voice in the tech industry, regularly sharing his experience and perspectives. He sits on the advisory board of The Channel Company; he speaks at Microsoft industry events and has presented with IDC. In addition, he often speaks at, appears as a guest on, and acts as a source for, a range of media and industry outlets.

Andrew B. Tindel

Andrew is a Principal at Pamlico Capital. He joined Pamlico in 2013, where his investing efforts are focused in the Business & Technology Services and Communications industries.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Airwavz Solutions, Inc., Protera, Silverline and Vexus Fiber. Representative prior boards include 10th Magnitude, DayNine and Dexter & Chaney, LLC. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Andrew was an Associate at GTCR, LLC and an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He received a BE from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Patrick Osterhaus

As the founder of Protera in 1998, Patrick’s technology vision for innovative enterprise computing systems has been invaluable to our team and our valued clients.

Prior to founding Protera, Patrick worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at SAP America. As a strategic SAP thought leader, Patrick has co-authored executive white papers, industry articles on various SAP topics including Cloud Computing and is a sought after presenter in the SAP ecosystem.

Larsen B. Jones

Larsen is a Vice President at Pamlico Capital. He joined Pamlico in 2014 and returned in 2019 following business school. His investing efforts are focused in the Business & Technology Services industry.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Millennia and Protera. Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, Larsen was an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. He received a BSBA and BA in Mathematics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Michael Jennings

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in information technology. Most recently he was the CEO of Secure-24, leading the company through nearly 200% growth over six years and the successful sale to NTT Communications. Michael was also the co-founder, Chief Technology Officer at Appshop, a leading provider of hosted Oracle application and database technology.

His experience includes positions with El Dorado Ventures, United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, InfoSolutions and SimulTrans. Michael has designed and developed industry-leading hosting and software delivery platforms, built and managed global information system support organizations, supported over 500 technology sales cycle wins, oversaw the implementation of more than 30 ERP and CRM deployments, and founded and built two companies.

Scott R. Stevens

Scott is a Partner at Pamlico Capital. He joined Pamlico in 1999 and returned in 2003 following business school. His investing efforts are focused in the Business & Technology Services and Communications industries.

His current board affiliations include Becker’s Healthcare, HelioCampus, Protera, Silverline and Winsight. Representative prior boards include 10th Magnitude, DayNine Consulting, Lightower Fiber Networks, MetaMetrics, Secure-24, TMW Systems, and Wilcon Holdings. Scott also serves on the boards of Arts+, Charlotte Country Day School, and The Fletcher School.

Prior to joining Pamlico Capital, he was an Analyst in the Communications and Media Finance Group at First Union Securities. Scott received a BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
