- Possess strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to comprehend Protera Hosting, Cloud and Managed Services and communicate our value proposition
- Strong Internet research skills required
- Proven Inside Sales Experience with strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
- Excellent Objection Handling and Negotiation skills is an added plus
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
- Highly organized and attentive to detail and self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- 3-10 years experience in selling ITO/AMS with IT or SAP experience.
- Experience with Public, Private and Hybrid cloud IT solutions.
- 3-10 years experience in selling to the CxO in the SMB or Fortune 500 market.
- Demonstrable background in carrying, meeting or exceeding sales quotas for new logos.
- Significant experience in creating customer focused value propositions for complex IT deals.
- Significant experience in shaping complex IT related deals.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple deals at a time.
- Experience working in a complex partner ecosystem (CSPs, SIs, ISVs) to generate leads.
- They have a strong background in technology outsourcing.
